Privacy statement

Messing & Groef processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to provide you with the preparation and execution of our services and you can call or email if necessary
  • To be able to process your payment
  • Messing & Groef also processes personal data if this is a legal obligation, such as data required for the tax return.

Messing & Groef does not send newsletters or general mail for marketing purposes. No personal data is collected via the website messingengroef.nl, with the exception of the data that are shared by e-mails that are sent via the website (info@messingengroef.nl). The above processing reasons apply to this.

Messing & Groef will not sell your details to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Brass & Groove remains responsible for these processing operations.

Messing & Groef does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data are collected or to comply with the statutory retention period. Notes and notes about the coaching and training courses that have been carried out will, if they are traceable directly to persons, be stored for a maximum of 1 year after the completed process, with a view to a possible follow-up question. I can always view notes that I make in coaching programs and I do not share them with anyone else without your explicit consent. I will always grant a request to destroy the notes immediately after the executed process.

When using a GCI profile:

Messing & Groef receives your profile from the GCI organization, only to be able to provide feedback to you. Messing & Groef does not share your profile with anyone else inside or outside your organization, except in some cases with the colleague with whom the route that applies to you is being executed.

After completing the trajectory, I will remove all digital copies

When using an Insights profile:

I have access to profiles in Insights Online, only to be able to provide feedback to you, according to the terms of the Insights Privacy Policy
I download this profile only to provide to you (by means of personal debriefing or in a workshop context)
I can only use the profile for a first debriefing and / or a comparison with an old profile – in all other situations only you decide whether you share your profile and with whom (including the practitioner)
I will delete all digital copies (pdf) after you have received it
The legal ownership of the profile lies with you immediately once printed, no matter by whom

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Messing & Groef and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold to you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to bianca@messingengroef.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request. Messing & Groef also wants to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Messing & Groef takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your details are not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact bianca@messingengroef.nl.
